AI sourcing workflows for recruiters
For recruiters whose best candidates aren’t in the pipeline.
I build AI sourcing workflows around how you already search, so you can reach the people the usual channels miss. The search gets wider and faster.
01 — One example
A seasoned recruiter supporting a major international sporting organization had a role the usual channels weren’t filling. We built a sourcing workflow around how he already searches, then used it to look beyond the obvious pool, at people doing similar work at similar organizations.
The role was filled in 25 days. Research that used to take up to a week per list now takes 15–30 minutes, and he runs it himself on new searches.
What made the biggest difference wasn’t learning another AI tool. Robert helped me build workflows around my actual recruiting process and taught me how to improve them myself. I didn’t just leave with a solution—I left with a new skill.
02 — The problem
You know the role. You know what great looks like. But the hard ones don’t come from job boards or inbound applications. They come from people who aren’t looking.
Finding them means building lists from scratch. It means thinking about where else this person might be working now, checking backgrounds, filling in contact details, and keeping track of who you’ve already ruled out. That work takes days, so the search struggles to get past the people you’d think of first.
That’s where good candidates get missed.
03 — How it works
AI handles
You keep
The workflows are built around your process, using reusable Claude skills you can adjust yourself.
04 — The setup
A fixed-scope engagement to put the workflow to work in your practice.
We walk through how you search today: the roles you fill, where you look, what you check, and what a strong list looks like to you.
I adapt the workflows to your niche, your criteria, and the tools you already use.
We run one real search together, start to finish, and adjust anything that doesn’t match how you work.
You leave able to run it, adjust it, and extend it to new kinds of searches on your own, with written notes for reference.
Less than a single placement fee, and you keep the workflow for every search after.
Typically completed within two to three weeks.
Founding rate: $1,500 for three recruiters this season, in return for permission to describe the results (anonymously if you prefer) and an honest testimonial.
05 — For teams
For firms and in-house talent teams, the setup extends to the whole team: shared workflows, training for each recruiter, and a rollout plan so everyone uses it, not just the person who asked for it.
Pricing depends on team size. Tell me about your team and I’ll reply with a proposal.
06 — After the setup
AI tools change quickly, and your searches will too. Optional monthly support covers new search types, updates when the tools change, and help when something doesn’t work the way you expect.
Pricing based on what you need. Just ask.

You bring the search expertise. I handle the setup and explain it as we go.
A Claude subscription in your own name. If you already use a sourcing tool like Apollo, we connect it. If not, we’ll set you up with pay-as-you-go data access, where you pay pennies per enriched candidate. Everything runs in your accounts, so nothing leaves with me.
It stays in your own accounts. I work in your environment and don’t keep copies after the engagement. If your firm has data or confidentiality rules, we build within them.
No.
It takes the repetitive legwork off your plate so you have more time for what does: understanding the role, judging fit, and building relationships.

If it’s something else, the AI Workflow Diagnostic ($950) is a better place to start: a two-hour working session on one workflow, with a written plan afterward.
