AI strategy · workflow design · implementation
More tools won't fix that. A better-built workflow will.
I've spent three decades designing systems that connect technology and how people actually work: architecture, video games, web applications. AI is just the newest material.
I help professionals and small teams find where AI creates real leverage, design the workflow around it, and build the systems that make it stick.
Sometimes that means
The technology is simply the implementation. The real work is designing a better way to operate.
01 — How we work
Then we'll build the right solution together — and just as importantly, I'll help you understand why it works, so your team gets more capable over time.
02 — Who I work with
If your work depends on knowledge, judgment, communication, or research, there is almost always an opportunity to improve how it gets done.
03 — The engagement
Bring your business problem.
We'll work together to understand how your business operates, identify where AI can create meaningful leverage, and determine the best path forward.
You won't leave with generic AI advice. You'll leave with a clear strategy, practical recommendations, and a roadmap tailored to your business.
If it makes sense to continue working together, we'll discuss next steps after the session.
No pressure. No predefined packages.
04 — About

I've spent my career in the overlap of three things most people keep separate: art, technology, and business. The craft of how something's made, the systems that make it work, and the outcome it has to earn. Buildings, games, software, now AI — the material kept changing, but the work was always holding those three at once.
Which is why I don't believe successful AI projects begin with software. They begin with understanding how people work — and technology that ignores that gets abandoned, no matter how good it is.
05 — What clients say
Working with Robert changed how I approach recruiting. Before, generating a list of 50 qualified candidates could take me a week of manual work. Today, using the Claude workflows and reusable AI skills we built together, I can produce that same list in 15–30 minutes—even with candidate enrichment.
I've already identified candidates for difficult-to-fill roles and started conversations with them.
What made the biggest difference wasn't learning another AI tool. Robert helped me build workflows around my actual recruiting process and taught me how to improve them myself. I didn't just leave with a solution—I left with a new skill.
If you're curious about AI but more interested in solving real business problems than chasing the latest tools, I'd love to help.
